new race chrono assassin have fun
1 pasted skill(from element didnt feel like writing alias and i like the effects n shit)
has been tested
may need to b dumbed down plz post concerns and ne fixing u want me do

Vamp this is the fixed code for this race. The ultimate wasn't working, this new code makes it work.
