his application was accepted if he didnt receive the email he may of enterd it wrong and if he doesnt validate it i cant change any info for it he will have to re register using a dif email adress or type in right one or sometimes like using aol they dont send it out i have no clue why some sites i use my aol account and they never respond to me but wen i use my gmail account they do it could of been a few things but let him know he can tag up and like i said try it again using the right email if he did he may need to use a dif one srry
