[Player Issue] MacDre

I am unsure to where to put this so I will drop it here and it can get moved as needed, maybe we need a clan only player discussion thread to discuss players on the server?

Anyways, MacDre...

As many of you probably know this is the most annoying, bitching, and all around rude person I have ever had the unpleasure of playing with. I do not really know what the rules stand on dealing with people like this. Almost anyone on the server can vouch that this guy takes the cake on being that biggest ass on the server.

If he isn't complaining about one thing, he is complaining about another. Regardless if its maps, races, people, or just bitching in general. If you accidently team kill him he screams curse words into the mic and then slays you, but if he kills you by mistake and you slay him, he just bitches and screams even more.

He has no respect for AmG or any other player on the server. Ask Headshot or Sick-killa, or ShanDeezy. All three have been in games with me where he is either cussing at an AmG member or someone else on the server.

Yesterday I kicked him from the server because he was just going overboard with it. He came right back and didn't really say anything else, I guess he kinda got the hint.

What I am asking is what are the rules on dealing with people like this? How many chances do we give them before temp banning or perm banning? Also, if we do ban, do we need a ban appeal forums on the website so that people can try to make a case for themselves?

Just questions, anyone else please feel free to chime in with any input on MacDre and how he should be dealt with. Perhaps a temp mute for lets say, two weeks? I don't know.

To be honest, I don't have much of a problem with him. He gets a little out of hand sometimes, and I just let him know when that time comes. He's pretty correctable. I'd just let him know, if he continues, that further stages of punishment will ensue. I'd start with a kick.. If that gives him the hint, and he calms down.. Great. If not, Ban him for 5 mins. If he comes back and bitches more.. Ban him for a day. Eventually he'll get the hint, or work his way up to a permanent ban. No special treatment, but he is pretty regular. Let's just try not to ban all of our regulars. lol

No no I wouldn't want to ban our regulars, lol. Those are the ones that end up donating. But there is a line you can cross as a donator and as a regular. I have noticed he is a lot more respectful when there is an actual admin online. I don't think he knew I had become an admin and thats why he popped off so quick at me. He is just one to keep an eye out on.

Np. And yeah, he never really gives me shit.. but I've seen him give it to others.. But who doesn't talk shit in CS? rofl. Feel free to do this about anyone you have questions over.. If our feedbacks are the same, then that person may need to be constantly monitored and warned/punished.
